Refugee Management Support Programme (RMSP)

Since 2009, the German Federal Foreign Office (AA) is bilaterally supporting the programme, which is supporting the Solutions Strategy for Afghan Refugees (SSAR). The Refugee Management Support Programme (RMSP) on behalf of GIZ aims to contribute to the SSAR by implementing projects in the refugee hosting communities and enhancing the management capacity of the Ministry of SAFRON, the CCAR and CARs on refugee matters.

Key Responsibilities

• providing administrative & IT support to the project
• preparation of tendering documents for procurement of goods and services
• filing documents of contract and procurement in reference files or DMS in line with GIZ’s filing system
• dealing with all questions arising in the area of procurement of goods & services from country office and HQ
• responsible for logistics and event management in RMSP
• identifying relevant problems and issues and assisting in formulating implementation-oriented solutions
• coordinating effectively with the relevant sections of the GIZ Country Office
• providing efficient support, monitor and ensure proper implementation of contracts in accordance with GIZ contractual & procurement procedures
• provides the quality assurance of all procurement of goods and services related documents in accordance with GIZ rules and regulations
• coordination with RMSP team for quality assurance

Qualification & Experience

• BA or Masters’ in business administration, finance or any other relevant field
• at least 5 years’ professional experience in a comparable position
